By downloading or using Litranite (the “Application”) or visiting our website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application or Site.

Litranite is a free desktop application built for students, researchers, and readers to read, annotate, organise notes, and write within a single offline workspace.

2. Intellectual Property

Litranite, including its source code, design, logo, and all related content, is owned by Ayanaaya Waghmare and Tanissha Gunjal. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use Litranite for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the application
• Modify or create derivative works without our written permission
• Remove any copyright or attribution notices from the application

3. Your Data

All data you create within Litranite — notes, annotations, quotes, essays — is stored locally on your own device. We have no access to it.

You are solely responsible for backing up your own data. We recommend using the built-in Export / Backup feature regularly. We are not liable for any loss or corruption of your data.

4. The Application is Provided As-Is

Litranite is provided free of charge and on an “as-is” basis. We make no guarantees about its reliability, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

We are not liable for:

• Any loss of data resulting from use of the application
• Any interruptions, bugs, or errors in the application
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the application

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Litranite only for lawful purposes. You may not use the application or website to engage in any activity that is illegal, harmful, or disruptive.

6. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to external sites such as GitHub. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
